UPS Holiday Shipping Schedule


Make sure your package arrives on time; refer to the information below for guaranteed delivery by Friday, December 23rd.  Please note that orders need to be placed before 2:30 pm MST to be sent out the same day.  On time delivery of orders choosing USPS Priority or USPS First-Class Mail options are NOT guaranteed.


UPS® Ground:  Order must be placed before 2:30 pm on Wednesday, December 14th, 2016*


UPS 3-Day Select®: Order must be placed before 2:30 pm on Monday, December 19th, 2016**


UPS 2nd Day Air®: Order must be placed before 2:30 pm on Wednesday, December 21st, 2016


UPS Next Day Air®: Order must be placed before 2:30 pm on Thursday, December 22nd, 2016


*UPS Ground delivery by December 23rd is dependent on delivery location

**Excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico

***UPS will not pick-up or deliver any packages on Monday, December 26th.  They are closed for Christmas.


New for the 2016-2017 season, some products will allow members to choose USPS as the shipping provider.  Please make sure to click on SHOW UPS RATES  under the USPS offerings, in some situations UPS prices will be cheaper.  Higher priced items (Patagonia, etc.) will only ship via UPS.  Small, low-cost, products ship for FREE when in the cart alone.  P.O. Box addresses will ONLY see a USPS options.  Put in a physical address and you will see UPS options and they are often cheaper than USPS rates.

Orders of $299 or more ship for a flat UPS Ground rate of $5!

Orders between $199-$299 ship for a flat UPS Ground rate of $10!


National Ski Patrol has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com.   International Checkout charges a 15% fee for their service.  This fee is included in your international shipping charge.  This service will take care of APO orders, however APO members are welcome to call the NSP National Office to place the order manually.


International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from National Ski Patrol. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses.

You may return most new, unused items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the merchandise cost.  Your original shipping charge will only be refunded if items are defective or the contents of the order are incorrect . We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Check the order NOTES section of your order for details about your return.


Members sending orders to an APO address and PO Boxes will now automatically be given the option to choose USPS and receive live rates.  You no longer need to call NSP to have your order sent to an APO address.
