Great pants, few issues
Fits well, very sturdy and keep you dry and warm. Agree haters are a bit tight and hard to fit over boots. good pockets and nice size vents to cool you down. Only issue was vent zips are parallel and very close to side pockets and easy to inadvertently place something down your leg instead of in pocket. Really could use a lanyard in pocket to snap in keys to reduce risk of key loss

Acceptable
These fit true to size (like a pair of jeans). I wear a 36 waist and the large leaves very little room for layering underneath, nor do the pants have a lot of insulation themselves. The 2/3-ish length zip is confusing to me as I don't really understand the utility of not having a full zip but a most of the way zip. That said, the material is durable and will work fine for patrolling.

Not as good as the 3L full zip pants they discontinued
Needs better reinforced knees (many patrollers wear knee pads under their pants) and the full zip for ease and convenience.

Gaters
The haters on these don’t open and are very very narrow to fit over a ski boot. Very difficult to pull over your boot once you have your boot On.
