The SAM Splint is designed to shape, set and secure injuries. It is built from a thin core of aluminum alloy surrounded by 2 layers of closed-cell foam. The splint is extremely flexible and can bend into any simple curve, making it strong and supportive.

SAM Splints leverage the revolutionary C-Curve™ Principle to mold its foam and aluminum layers into structural arcs. The arcs are strong enough for pre- or post-cast care, while remaining lighter and more transportable than traditional splints that rely on heavy, rigid materials. When done, you can bend the splint back into its original form to store or you can remold for a new/separate injury.
